BITE BEAUTY Lush Fruit Lip Gloss Review – Cocoa, Honey, Strawberry

In Bite Beauty, Lips by Angie Canning

“Delicious enough to eat!”

BITE BEAUTY is all about the edible – with lip products that contain healthy, fruity ingredients such as coconut, mango and strawberries – these lip glosses are like a smoothie in a tube!  The BITE BEAUTY High Pigment Pencils are divine, so I wanted to give their Lush Fruit Lip Glosses a try.

BITE BEAUTY Lush Fruit Lip Gloss in Cocoa, Honey and Strawberry (Mini Lush Lip Trio shown above, limited edition at the holidays)

Lip Gloss Applicator

Swatched L to R: Honey – nude with gold shimmer, Cocoa – nude mauve & Strawberry – sheer carnation pink

These lipglosses are not only smoothie-crave-inducing, but they contain age-fighting resveratrol – now that is delicious!

Application & Wear Notes: The shades above are quite sheer and natural looking on my lips.  BITE BEAUTY says “what you see in the container is exactly the color you’ll see on your lips” so keep that in mind and go for a bolder shade such as Apple (a candy apple red) if you want a little more color.  They do have a sweet flavor to them since they contain fruit, but they aren’t too sticky or heavy feeling, and they are very moisturizing on the lips.  I find them to be a very sweet experience!
