Zoya describes Rory as a medium mauve pink with lilac tones, gold and silver reflective metallic shimmer accents, and a foil-like finish. It is simply gorgeous!
The metallic shimmer comes to life under the lights.
You can really see the lilac tones and the silver shimmer in indirect lighting.
Some of the gold shimmer can also be seen in direct lighting.
Swatched 2 coats, no topcoat
Rory is the nail polish I am flaunting about this spring break and it is totally putting me in the mood for warmer weather! Rory was released as part of the summer 2012 Surf Collection, a collection of dazzling brights with metallic shimmer. Rory really caught my eye because I love a lilac pink, and the soft foil like effect this gives on the nail is divine! Also released that summer were some cream finishes in their Beach Collection like Shelby, Wednesday and Arizona, which are on my wish-list – they look so gorgeous– especially swatched by Karen from Makeup and Beauty Blog here. These colors definitely make me want to whip out my flip flops!
Are you starting to get the itch to wear brighter shades to welcome spring – or even shades that make you want to just skip to maxi dress and flip flop weather like me?
I love the application of Zoya polishes, the durability, wear and the shade variety. Plus Zoya Nail Polish is free of toluene, formaldehyde, DBP (phthalates) and camphor.
