I picked up two new Revlon polishes over the past few weeks and yesterday it dawned on me that Urban and Heavenly might make a stunning duo. Sure enough, with Urban as the base and Heavenly topping it off, it transforms your nails into something you might see in the night sky!
Revlon Nail Enamel Urban and Heavenly
Urban is a deep royal blue – not too dark and not too light, and surprisingly opaque in one medium coat!
The multicolored and multi-shaped holographic glitters in Heavenly are stunning!
It definitely shines bright like the heavens too! The camera was just as mesmerized by the glint off of the glitters as I was!
When Heavenly tops Urban, it really brings out the multi colors in the glitter, and also brings out the different shapes.
You can definitely see a lot of dimension in Heavenly.
Both of these polishes were released with Revlon’s Bubble Gum Days, Urban Nights collection (photo of display from my IG here) in case you have not spotted it yet. I actually found Heavenly in a regular display so if you do not spot the special display then be sure to search the regular collection. Also, if you hadn’t already heard, Revlon’s Heavenly is a “dupe” for Deborah Lippmann’s polish, Stairway to Heaven. For reference, here is a post comparing the two, from Frazzle and Aniploish.
I am definitely loving this galactic-like combo on my nails, and since I live with a couple mini future astronautics and scientists in my household, this mani reminds me of the Hubble Telescopes images of the Orion Nebula. It is simply breathtaking and mind-blowing that something out there is so beautiful and so far beyond anything I could imagine!
I’d love to hear what you think of this nail combination and if you have spotted Urban or Heavenly where you are!
