MAC Natural Makeup Look

A natural makeup look is classic – simple, slightly smokey and transitional from day to night.  Today I decided to take a few of the shades from the Nordstrom Naturals MAC Palette I picked up recently to put together a simple eye look that is simple and neutral.

Although I could have gone warm or cool for the cheeks and lips, today I went in with a warm peach on the cheeks and a matte peachy-nude lip.  I finished off the look with several coats of mascara.

Products used:

Foundation: MAC Mineralize Moisture SPF 15 mixed with Hourglass Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation to keep it from getting too dewy on my oily skin.

Eyes: MAC Nordstrom Naturals Palette – Vapour brow and inner corner highlight; All That Glitters on the lid; Wedge in the crease; mixture of Brun and Carbon in the outer corner and upper lashline, also smudged on the lower lashline.

Brows & Lashes: MAC Omega to slightly fill in the brows.  3+ coats of MAC False Lashes Mascara.

Cheeks: MAC Hipness Powder Blush (Wash & Dry Collection)

Lips: MAC Runway Hit Lipstick (now permanent)

What’s your go-to MAC natural makeup look?  I’d love to know!

  1. Very pretty! I’m looking to expand my MAC collection, just because I’ve been happy with all of the products I’ve tried by them so far.

Hi Sammi! I would definitely recommend this palette if you don’t have a lot of these shadows. I am impressed with how they perform. It is funny how each brand has their own unique formula, yet can be similar. I can now see why people rave about the permanent MAC shadows. 🙂
