We are full-on into fall now and October is only a day away!  With that you might be looking into products that will nourish and hydrate your skin as the weather progressively gets cooler and cooler.  Although I have oily and acne-prone skin I find when the weather gets much cooler (more toward the wintertime) I still like to take extra steps to make sure my skin is being taken care of.  I am a big fan of First Aid Beauty because of their gentle and fragrance-free formulas, in fact their Ultra Repair Cream is a winter skincare must-have for me!  Today let’s look at three newer products from the brand to care for body and face

First-Aid-Beauty-Ultra-Repair-Wash

FAB Ultra Repair Wash, $25 | 16 oz.  Unscented, allergy tested and dermatologist recommended, this body wash is perfect for those with sensitive skin or for those who just want a clean, simple and gentle all over body wash.  I find it suds up well in the shower, doubles up as a shaving cream and makes my skin feel clean yet hydrated without a heavy residue.

First-Aid-Beauty-Ultra-Repair-Lotion

FAB Ultra Repair Lotion $28 | 8 oz. is a lightweight yet hydrating lotion that I’ve found perfect for the humid climate I live in!  As with all FAB products, it is unscented and perfect for those with sensitive skin and it can do double-duty as a face moisturizer as well, giving you more bang for your buck.  It is definitely lightweight, so if you are accustomed to a heavy-duty lotion you won’t get that here, but I find it works great as an all-over body moisturizer for me.

First-Aid-Beauty-Facial-Radiance-Overnight-Mask

FAB Facial Radiance Overnight Mask, $38 | 1.7oz. This overnight mask just might be your savior if you deal with dry skin that needs a little brightening.  It is formulated with ingredients like Omega-rich fatty acids, Niacinamide, Omega-rich Echium Seed Oil and Ascorbyl Glucoside to brighten, hydrate and nourish the skin yet because of the gel formula it doesn’t feel heavy.  I have oily and acne prone skin so I found it did not quite absorb into my skin type overnight but my skin still felt nourished (and I did not break out from it) so I would highly recommend you give this a try if you have a dry skin type.  The gel formula is unique, and only a very small amount is needed so this little tub should last you a very long time!
