VanityRouge.com is all about capturing the beauty in beauty so tantalizing images of your favorite (or soon to be come favorite!) products are the heartbeat of of VanityRouge.  All images are taken by Angie Canning, the founding editor of VanityRouge.com and are meant to be enjoyed and shared!  Below please find answers to common questions about the type of equipment, lighting and software we use as well as helpful information on using and sharing the images you see on VanityRouge.com

What Equipment Do You Use?

Canon 6d for photography and video.

Can I Use Your Photos?

All images on Vanityrouge.com are owned by Angie Canning and protected by copyright unless otherwise noted.  In some instances, for purposes of sharing sales and promotions, images may be used which are provided by PR or the Brand (used with permission).  Any other images which do not belong to the site owner will be noted with a link back to the owner’s image.
If you would like to use up to two (2) images from VanityRouge.com in your personal blog or personal web content, full credit must be given as follows. Beneath each image used please place the following information:
“Image Credit: VanityRouge, http://vanityrouge.com” with a link to the blog post from which the image was taken to further direct readers to the original copyright content on VanityRouge.com.  If you wish to use more than two (2) photos, explicit permission must be obtained from the site owner.

VanityRouge is active in social media and encourages sharing images and site content throughout these platforms.  Any use of copyrighted content on VanityRouge.com that is shared on social media should give credit to VanityRouge.com or by mentioning or “tagging” the VanityRouge “handle” or username on that particular social media platform.  Images may not be copied and placed on social media sites that attempt to claim the copyright content as the user’s own content.  This is a violation of copyright law and VanityRouge will ask that the image or content be removed and/or credit given.
Brands or companies who wish to use content to promote products using content on VanityRouge.com will be held to the policy above and will require express permission for requests outside of this policy.  If a brand or company would like to use product photographs for purposes relating to sales (i.e., placed on a sales website) or used as part of their brand identity (web or print-based), please contact the site owner for special negotiation and pricing information.

Written content on VanityRouge.com is protected by copyright law. If you wish to use 1/3 or less of the written content in a post, the following must preface or immediately follow the copyright information:
